6. Intellectual Property Rights:  All content, software, designs, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability; To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Personal Data Protection (PDPA): Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
9. Amendments; The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
